The amount of sleep depends on the person because some people need more than others. A baby needs the most sleep out of every body because it’s the youngest and still growing. Teens on the other hand need about 8 hours a night while adults need about 6 or 7 the reason is that teens are still growing and need the rest while adults need less sleep because they are done growing with their life.
Sleep is important for everybody because no matter who you are you still need sleep in order to be healthy getting a good night of sleep is a key factor for someone to perform in the day because nobody wants to be tired all the time a lot of people don’t know much important sleep is important to you.
No matter who you are is big part of your performance and your wellbeing. Snoring is a big problem for people it is noisy which can disturb other people sleep. It can disruptions which can get in the way of your day time functions. If somebody snores while they are sleep they can be at risk of heart disease.
Insomnia is difficult to fall asleep or stay sleep people who have this can have mood changes occasionally. If a person has insomnia then they will have trouble doing daily things because they are so tired because they are not getting enough sleep at night.
Sleep apnea is a serious sleep disorder in which you breathing stops you might have sleep apnea if you snore loudly or you tired after a full night of sleep. Obstructive sleep apnea the more common that forms through your throat. Central sleep apnea is when your brain does not send signals to control breathing.
Another sleep disorder is sleep talking which is defined as talking during sleep almost anybody can talk in your sleep. Both children and adults are at risk to sleep talk when they are at sleep. Some sleep talking while some does make sense because the sleep talker can be talking to past events.
Many people have nightmares in their sleep which is like a bad dream usually is when children it really scares the person most often wakes them up.
